Are you mad about IT? We are looking for two new team members to join our existing IT team and help support current projects and future expansion plans. Both posts will require some shift working during our busy peak period.
IT Technical Support Analyst
Location: Head Office
Salary:Circa £21k dependent on experience, 45 hour contract
Job Purpose
This role will require a bright and enthusiastic individual who can help to maintain the efficient operation of the Head Office, Warehouse, Retail and Direct IT functions, including implementation and support of cost-effective solutions, policies and procedures. You will need to be flexible and able to work within a shifted environment at peak.
Job Requirement
One year of support experience in a business environment, preferably within the retail sector.
Applicants must be able to be based within 30 minutes travelling time of Head Office.

IT Business Analyst
Location: Head Office

Job Purpose
This role requires and alert and proactive individual who is able to effectively manage the operation of our business systems, using the company IT network and infrastructure. Key functions will include the provision of business information, project management and the updating of IT policies and procedures.

To maintain timely, accurate, stock record information in the shops to facilitate the sales and replenishment of our lines.
