Risk Coordinator
Location: Head Office
Salary: circa £24k per annum.
Job Purpose
Working closely with the Risk Manager, the primary responsibility will be as first line support for the store and fulfillment teams for safety and security support and instruction. You will be responsible for conducting safety and security audits, developing policies and procedures, and delivering training to store teams and managers. You will need to deal with external suppliers and enforcement authorities as required.
The role will be a regional field based role, with frequent visits to the store estate to carry out audits, risk assessments and investigations.

German Web Copywriter and Customer Care Executive
Location: Head Office
Salary: circa £21k per annum.
Job Purpose
Ensuring customers who order from us on Amazon Germany have the best possible experience. You will need to be a fluent in spoken and written German. This job has two main responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls and emails from German customers who have ordered via Amazon Germany.
- Writing product descriptions in German to appear on Amazon Germany.
