Store Manager
Location: Crawley
Salary: Dependent on experience, circa £23k
Job Responsibilities
You must be able to lead and motivate a team with care, enthusiasm and honesty. Your natural love of retailing must be accompanied by a real interest in the toy market and an ability to react quickly and work under pressure. Your understanding of the market place will help to drive sales and you will be able to demonstrate a track record in people development. You will also adopt a hands on approach and demonstrate a desire to lead from the front on the shop floor.
Job Purpose
To lead, motivate and develop the team in order to maximise the sales potential of the store and to meet and exceed predetermined sales targets. To represent and embody the values and aims of the company.
Applicants must be able to be based within 30 minutes travelling time of the home store.

Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for applicants with the ‘retail instinct’. You will need to be hands on, organised, and able to lead, develop and motivate a team. You will be business minded, with high standards and able to manage the detail as well as the big picture. Most of all you will have a natural enthusiasm for selling.

Job Responsibilities
- Independently mobile and able to travel to and cover other local stores
- Available to assist on set up and refit teams on request
- Prepared to relocate to any ‘local’ store if requested
- To train and assist new store teams after new store openings
- To provide management cover in other stores when requested
