Store Manager
Location: Coventry
Salary: Circa £23k dependent on experience
Location: St. Helier
Salary: £26-28k
Location: Worcester
Salary: Circa £20k dependent on experience
Job Responsibilities
You must be able to lead and motivate a team with care, enthusiasm and honesty. Your natural love of retailing must be accompanied by a real interest in the toy market and an ability to react quickly and work under pressure. Your understanding of the market place will help to drive sales and you will be able to demonstrate a track record in people development. You will also adopt a hands on approach and demonstrate a desire to lead from the front on the shop floor.
Job Purpose
To lead, motivate and develop the team in order to maximise the sales potential of the store and to meet and exceed predetermined sales targets. To represent and embody the values and aims of the company.
Applicants must be able to be based within 30 minutes travelling time of the home store.

Assistant Store Manager
Location: Grimsby
Salary: Circa £16.6k dependent on experience
Location: St. Helier
Salary: £20-22k
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for applicants with the 'retail instinct'. You will need to be hands on, organised, and able to lead, develop and motivate a team. You will be business minded, with high standards and able to manage the detail as well as the big picture. Most of all you will have a natural enthusiasm for selling.

Assistant Shift Manager
There are currently no vacancies available.
Job Responsibilities
Assisting the Store Management you will be driving sales and maintaining company standards. You will lead from the front and ensure that your team delivers only the best customer service. Your supervisory experience and hands on approach will allow you to organise a busy workload and motivate and develop your sales staff. You will be meticulous in your back of house procedures and demonstrate a flair for presentation and sales front of house.
This is an active role requiring manual handling and mobility. Your role will be shop floor focused.
